City Skyline Office Leasing (skylineoffice.cn) is operated by Shanghai Junliang Industrial Co., Ltd. We take the security of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.

2. What we collect and why

We only collect what is necessary to help you find office space, to contact you, and to improve our advertising:

Information you give us

• Mobile number (required): to call you back, send listings and pricing, and arrange viewings. If you do not provide it we cannot call you, but you can still browse the site, use online chat, or call us directly.
• Name / salutation (optional): to address you in conversation.
• Requirement details (optional): preferred district, floor area, workstations, budget, move-in date, message — used to shortlist suitable offices from our live inventory. Without them we can only give general recommendations.
• The building or room you are viewing, and its district (optional): to record the service context.

Information recorded automatically when you visit

• Page address, external referrer, advertising parameters (bd_vid, utm_*), IP address, browser identifier (user agent).
• Purpose: advertising performance measurement (which advertisement produced an enquiry), de-duplication of repeat enquiries, and security / anti-abuse checks. This does not affect your use of the site.

Online chat and AI assistant conversations

• Used to answer your enquiry and to improve the quality of our replies and our listing coverage.

We do not collect: ID card numbers, bank card numbers, biometric data such as facial recognition, precise location history, your contacts or SMS content.

3. How we use it

1. To contact you and send the listings, pricing and viewing arrangements you asked about;
2. To shortlist and compare available premises and arrange accompanied viewings;
3. To measure advertising performance and improve our campaigns and pages (using aggregated data, without unjustified differential treatment of individuals);
4. To keep the website and our data secure.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party, and we do not send bulk marketing messages. If you ask us to send listings by SMS, the message will include an opt-out (for example reply "T").

4. Automated decision-making

The online chat and AI assistant use computer programs to analyse your requirements and recommend premises automatically. This is used only to help you find suitable space faster, and never results in unjustified differential treatment in terms of price or other deal conditions.

You have the right to ask us to explain how the automated recommendation works, and the right to refuse decisions made solely by automated means — simply call us and a human consultant will assist you.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as necessary:

• Unconcluded enquiries and leads (name, mobile number, requirement, message): 24 months, then deleted or anonymised;
• Visit and advertising attribution data (IP, user agent, page path, source parameters): 12 months;
• Online chat and AI assistant transcripts (with direct identifiers such as mobile numbers removed): 12 months;
• Consent records: kept for 3 years after the related information is deleted, to demonstrate that consent was lawfully obtained.

6. Who we share it with

We do not provide your personal information to unrelated third parties. The following are necessary entrusted processing arrangements: we agree the purpose, duration and safeguards with each provider and supervise their performance.

• Alibaba Cloud (including large-model services): processes AI assistant conversation content to generate replies;
• Tencent Cloud (object storage / static hosting): keeps the website running;
• WeCom (Tencent): processes name, mobile number and requirement details in order to push your enquiry to our own customer service team so we can call you back promptly.

In addition, the site embeds Baidu's online consultation and analytics components (Aifanfan, Baidu Tongji). Your interactions with those components are handled by Baidu under its own privacy policy; we work with Baidu to safeguard your information, and Baidu's relevant notices can be found on its pages.

If we ever need to provide your personal information to parties other than those listed above, we will obtain your separate consent in advance.

7. Security

We protect your information by: storing sensitive fields such as mobile numbers encrypted; masking them in back-office views (e.g. 138****1234); strictly limiting internal access and logging it; never sending customer information to personal devices; and carrying out regular self-checks and compliance audits.

In the event of a security incident we will take immediate remedial action, notify you and the relevant regulator as required by law, and tell you what you can do to reduce any harm.

8. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights by calling either number above; we will respond within 15 working days:

1. Access and copy — obtain a copy of the information we hold about you;
2. Correct and complete — fix inaccurate or incomplete information;
3. Delete — ask us to delete your information (for example where you withdraw consent, or the purpose has been fulfilled);
4. Withdraw consent — after withdrawal we stop processing based on that consent and delete the corresponding information (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal);
5. Object — refuse our use of source data for advertising measurement, or refuse decisions made solely by automated means;
6. Explanation — ask us to explain this policy and our processing rules.

Please be assured: withdrawing consent or declining to provide optional information will not prevent you from browsing listings, using online chat, or calling us directly. If you believe our processing infringes your rights, you may also complain to the authority responsible for personal information protection.

9. Minors

This site serves businesses and organisations seeking office space. It is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect minors' personal information. If a guardian becomes aware that a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Updates to this policy

If this policy is updated we will publish the change prominently on the site and update the "last updated" date at the top. Where there is a material change to the purposes, methods or categories of information processed, we will seek your consent again.
